An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tabjee reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month to inactive accounts once written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
tabjee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. tabjee does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
The minimum single deposit on tabjee is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tabjee at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the tabjee account balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect depending on the processing schedule of the originating institution. tabjee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

tabjee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard player withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond tabjee's control. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. tabjee reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction and to request additional documentation if a transaction is flagged by its compliance systems. Deposits must be funded from legitimate, lawfully obtained sources.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded by tabjee are subject to the specific terms published with that promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using technical strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics; colluding with other players; placing offsetting bets; and any other conduct that tabjee determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. tabjee reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
A bet is considered accepted and binding once tabjee has confirmed it via the platform interface and a bet ID has been generated. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. tabjee is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.
In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error (including technical faults, data-feed errors, or human input errors resulting in clearly incorrect pricing), tabjee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. A manifest error is defined as an odds value that a reasonable person would recognise as materially incorrect given the context of the event.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket, the result declared by the ICC or the relevant cricket board shall be authoritative. For football, the result at the end of ninety (90) minutes of regular play (plus added time) shall be used unless a specific market explicitly states otherwise. Bets on abandoned or postponed events will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.

tabjee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tabjee account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tabjee does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. tabjee will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
